In my capacity at UNC Hospitals, I have worked with Lomax Construction on numerous projects. They have been efficient and a highly professional firm. The majority of the projects have been in and around occupied patient areas and Lomax has complied with our requirements that patient care cannot be affected during the project. In fact, in most instances Lomax has gone above and beyond to insure that our staff is not affected by their work. Lomax’s on-site superintendents are some of the hardest working we have at the hospital. When complications have arisen on a project, Lomax is quick to react and expects the same from their subcontractors. Lomax displays a knack for communication and timely responses, and a complete presence at job sites, which speaks volumes for their ability to maintain and perform in any project area.
