Project Overview
A comprehensive renovation of the historic North and South Spencer Residence Halls at UNCG. The project modernized student living spaces while respecting the architectural legacy of the campus.
The Challenge
Upgrading MEP systems, accessibility, and finishes in a historic residence hall within a constrained summer construction window to be ready for fall semester.
The Solution
We executed a fast-track phased renovation, upgrading bathrooms, mechanical systems, and interior finishes to improve student comfort and sustainability.
