Natty Greene's Brewing
Project Overview
Construction of a large-scale production brewery and taproom facility to support regional distribution. The project included a custom-designed brewhouse, fermentation hall, and a vibrant public taproom that captures the industrial spirit of the brand.
The Challenge
Installing industrial-scale fermentation tanks and a steam boiler system into a dual-use facility required structural reinforcement of the existing slab and precise coordination of complex process piping, all while maintaining a safe, compelling visitor experience.
The Solution
We poured high-strength, chemical-resistant concrete with slot drains sloped to <1/8 inch tolerance. The MEP systems were engineered to handle peak production loads, with exposed stainless steel piping serving as a functional aesthetic feature for the taproom.
