Project Overview
A modern 237-unit apartment community located in Greensboro, NC. The development features five three-story buildings with a mix of one and two-bedroom homes.
The Challenge
Developing a 237-unit site with significant topography challenges while coordinating vertical construction on five massive buildings simultaneously to hit the pre-leasing season window.
The Solution
We implemented a rolling delivery schedule, prioritizing the Clubhouse and Building 1 for early Certificate of Occupancy (CO). This allowed the owner to begin revenue generation and move-ins while our crews safely completed the rear buildings, separated by secure construction fencing.
